Axel's (Bo Svenson) Jacket and Trousers worn in the 1975 film 'The Great Waldo Pepper'.
 
The Beige/Light Brown Trousers feature black laces on the sides of the lower leg as well as one leg with an elasticated Strap which would of helped the trousers not to rise up during filming (the other leg elasticated strap is no longer present).
 
Inside the waistband is the original 'western costume company' 'hollywood' makers name tag with actors name typed onto it.
Inside the trousers the fabric shows discoloration from use and age.However, The outer are in very good production used condition for Thier age.
 
The Jacket which has an almost Olive tone, features buttons which adorn eagles, it shows some wear/tear inside the inner collar (shown in photos above). A seam line appears to of been repaired at the back with white stitching (also see photos) ,and a minor stain present under the repair stitching. Inside the inner pocket a western costume company tag is still present with the actors name printed onto it(Any patches from production were removed after filming)
 
The ensemble remains in generally very good production used condition for age.
