The mask is made of plastic material with added texture on the front with paint and stage blood applied and is marked 'April' inside. The mask can be matched on screen throughout as each mask was unique with paint design. The mask has a cord attached which was used to tie to the actress' head.

Overall it remains in excellent production used condition.
