The Coveralls were used during one of the Dance Sequences by performer 'Chris Meissner' in the production and features 'Property of Rydell High' on the back.
Inside the collar is the makers name 'Muto Little of Los Angeles'

It was distressed by production prior to filming and made to appear dirty and greasy.
It has poppers down the arms, legs and back, which helps the overalls essentially break away and come apart for a quick change during the live performance.
