WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the unique nature of these pieces of film history, we do not accept returns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL

HOW DO I KNOW THESE PIECES ARE AUTHENTIC?

All pieces on our website are Production made/used and we guarantee this, for life!
We know this because our pieces are sourced from studios, production crew, production companies and other reputable vendors in the industry

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

we accept Payment via PayPal using credit/debit cards

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes, we do offer payment plans on orders over £200.

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit, and the remaining balance paid within 60 days 

If a payment plan is canceled or defaulted on, any monies paid after the deposit can be used as store credit only, NO Refunds will be given

Authenticity 
We acquire pieces directly from colleagues and friends who work in the Industry on productions worldwide (of which will come with our COA) 
some pieces may of ended up with us that have come from another respected prop company, (of which they will have their COA with it)

Guarantee 
Our guarantee is that each and every piece we sell, has come from the production stated upon the listings, they are genuine pieces from the world of film and television. 
Our COA is a lifetime guarantee that you are purchasing a genuine prop/costume/production material/crew gift from the production in question 

Shipping 
Shipping + Handling Cost will be calculated and shown in the basket prior to checking out the items, it is calculated based on your location and size and weight of the item/s. 
Your package will be shipped out within 48 hours from the order being placed, and you shall receive a tracking email once it has been shipped 

We are not responsible for any import, customs charge you may receive once the package has arrived in your country, it is your responsibility to pay any Import duties/taxes due to your delivery company/ government on the package. 
If for any reason a package is returned to us from a non delivery (you may of missed the package and not collected it from your post office in the assigned time they give you, in which case they may return the package to us) you are responsible for shipping costs to ship out again.
