The scene depicted did make the final cut of the film and can be seen when the monkeys steal Carl's Police Car.

During Pre Production, storyboards/concept designs were drawn, copied and handed to various department heads on the production to show how scenes will play out which helped the departments on how to prepare/set up to film for particular scenes.
This is one of those production used copied pages.

It measures approximately 28cm x 21.7cm.
It remains in overall good production used condition, showing some signs of wear from use and age, which includes some foxing, creases and edge wear.
